After much planning, editing and talking into a microphone, I’m thrilled to say the Pocket Pilates App is now on the iTunes App store!
Pocket Pilates App is designed for those of you who have some experience doing Pilates. (If you’ve never done a roll-up before, you might find the exercises go a bit fast!) I hope it will be a great top-up in between your classes. Inspired by clients who frequently ask, “What can I do myself at home?” the app is composed of text and audio sequences you can do in about 10 minutes wherever you are – at home, at work, on holiday or while travelling .
If you have an Apple device I hope you’ll download and enjoy. (We’re working on the Android version now!) And please spread the word. Right now the number of downloads are evenly split between Apple-users in the US and Ireland, so the race for downloads is on!
