Summer is here! So is a new term of Pilates classes.

A few of our classes may have wound down for June and July, but there are still opportunities to scratch that Pilates itch all through the summer. A new 6-week term in Sandymount begins on Thursday, June 25. Fees are €95 for 6 weeks.

If your holiday plans mean you’ll miss a few weeks of that term, then don’t fret. Drop-ins are still available at €16. Not only that but a super-quick 4-week term will commence on August 1 at €65.
 
Summer classes running through June and July are:

Pilates with Props on Thursday mornings, 9.45am

A class that uses props to add to your workout. Props include weighted balls, soft balls, bands and straps.
 

After Work Pilates Blast on Thursdays, 6.30pm

Dash away from your desk and melt away the day’s stress with this intense workout that leaves no muscle unused! Appropriate for mixed levels.

 

Open Level on Thursdays, 7.30pm
The Open level classes are geared towards clients with a moderate fitness level who would like to build their strength consistently over time. We master the basics then add to them, often using props. In any given class there may be two or three variations of the same exercise so that clients may modify according to their individual strengths and weaknesses.

 

Pre-natal Class on Saturdays, 9am

These classes help to maintain core strength through the various stages of pregnancy and offer an opportunity to connect with other moms-to-be in a supportive environment.

 

Ballet-lates™ on Saturdays, 10am – THIS CLASS RESUMES ON AUG 6, 2015
A Pilates core warm-up followed by basic ballet movements, promoting the lean, supple physique of a ballet dancer. No ballet experience required.

 

Open Level on Saturdays, 11am

The Open level classes are geared towards clients with a moderate fitness level who would like to build their strength consistently over time. We master the basics then add to them, often using props. In any given class there may be two or three variations of the same exercise so that clients may modify according to their individual strengths and weaknesses.
