You asked for it. You got it. Bootcamp Pilates.
Starting tonight at 7pm at Exhale, we’ll step up the pace of our Pilates exercises, adding new twists and other surprises in our 6-week Bootcamp Pilates, designed for those of you wanting an extra challenge in the weeks leading up to Christmas.
Expect to do some familiar Pilates exercises, as well as others we’ve not done before, including some standing cardio moves to boost the heart rate. Look forward to having fun!
