Paula Goulding joins D4 Pilates on Thursdays at 6pm to teach Intermediate Pilates and at 7pm to teach Bootcamp Pilates this term. She brings an extensive background as a professional Irish dancer, sports therapist and Pilates instructor to her classes -an ideal combination for leading us through this tough but fun workout!
The Thursday 6pm Intermediate class is a challenging mix of traditional mat exercises, and at 7pm the 50-minute Bootcamp class combines a fast-paced mat warm-up, standing exercises and some cardio work to build strength, balance and posture. The Bootcamp moves rapidly from one exercise to the next, designed to increase in intensity over time. It is not suitable for anyone with an injury.
