All services purchased from D4 Pilates must be followed by an in-person client registration form, confirming that each client has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have written consent from a parent or guardian. The client also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of D4 Pilates and agrees to release D4 Pilates and all employees of any liability regarding 1) any injury 2) any loss or damage to personal property. To register on the D4Pilates online booking system, you must be over 18 and ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Private/duet Reformer Cancellation – 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of private and duet Reformer sessions. Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged.
Missed mat classes – All clients are invited to make up any missed mat classes by attending any other mat class during the specified term, where space is available. Any mat classes unused within a particular term will be forfeited.

D4 Pilates keeps all of your personal information completely confidential. Any contact details you provide will be used with your permission solely for the purpose of communicating with you about D4 Pilates classes and events. We do not share any of your information with any outside parties.
Ciient information collected by D4 Pilates is used internally to process payment, register you in the program of your choice, update you when required of any possibleschedule changes or to inform instructors of any health or injury information pertinent to your safe Pilates practice within our studio.
